Singing session 1 of 4
Finally and thankfully, we are now able to run our singing sessions in person!
There are so many benefits to be gained through singing, such as:
- relieving stress and anxiety
- increased sense of belonging
- most importantly, singing makes you happy! Singing out loud releases feel-good hormones. There is also a tiny part of your inner ear, called the sacculus, that releases even more happy hormones when it’s stimulated by music
So lets turn up the volume and sing our favourite tunes 🙂
